Details

This topic encompasses the spectrum of prevention-related strategies and services that seek to reduce the risk to individuals of either acquiring or transmitting HIV. It includes policy relating to HIV-infected people, injecting drug use and users' sex and needle-sharing partners, as well as access to counselling, testing and other prevention and support initiatives such as education and needle exchange programs.
