"Through linguistically and culturally relevant communication strategies, this TA aimed specifically to reduce the vulnerability to, and risk of, HIV/AIDS among ethnic minorities living in the cross-border areas of the GMS, specifically in Thailand, Yunnan Province (PRC), Lao PDR, and Cambodia, and to inform vulnerable and high-risk populations in these areas about HIV/AIDS prevention."
