- Abstract
"The objective of this policy is to guide the response of BEST to HIV/AIDS. The policy measures apply to all the members of staff of BEST as well as their families.
BEST management realizes the need to respond to HIV/AIDS by implementing regular HIV/AIDS prevention programmes and creating a non-discriminatory work environment for any person(s) infected by HIV. This policy is based on the principles of the 'International Labour Organisation Code of Practice' on HIV/AIDS and the world of work."
