"This third Monitoring and Evaluation Report of the PNG National HIV Support Project covers the period from September 2003 to June 2004. The reporting process was started in July in order to inform planning for 2005 and this document supports and explains the ‘achievement of outcomes’. The main and important activities that helped outcome achievement will be described."
