"This Monitoring and Evaluation Report of the National HIV/AIDS Support Project (NACS/NHASP), also Milestone 92, reports on Project’s progress in: carrying out the 2005 schedule of activities and results (i.e. ‘target achievements’
specified in the 2005 Annual Plan); achieving the Project’s indicator targets for its outputs and component objectives
over the Project lifetime to this point (2000-July 2005); facilitating other significant changes over the Project’s lifetime that contribute to the development of national response; [and] satisfying its stakeholders on its performance."
