"The National HIV/AIDS Support Project (NHASP) Grants Scheme was established to support the goal of mobilising the HIV and AIDS response through financing HIV and AIDS related activities and research. Grants have been made available to a variety of Non Government Organisations (NGOs) and Community Based Organisations (CBOs), government agencies and private sector organisations...This report assesses the impacts of selected grant activities implemented during the period January 2004-January 2006 and makes recommendations regarding further HIV and AIDS activity and research grant funding in Papua New Guinea."
