"This report provides an overview of the important work UNDP has done in Asia and the Pacific over the last three years, detailing the breakthrough results that contribute to effective national and regional responses to HIV/AIDS. This is not an exhaustive list. Many innovative activities are occurring across the region that have not been recorded here, but which are included in the many publications referenced at the end of this document. The results described here represent a broad spectrum of initiatives that unleashed the process of transformation across the region."
