- Abstract
"The Asian Harm Reduction Network’s review provides but a glimpse of the available evidence in support of HIV/AIDS prevention services. Some have been implemented on a large scale while others face greater obstacles. Yet the majority of these services remain controversial even when ample scientifi c evidence is provided to support their design, implementation and scale-up. As such, it is AHRN’s position that health care policies should be driven by evidence, scientifi c studies and facts. Services must be available and accessible for those who need them."
