"What the framework sets out to do is: improve the understanding of those involved in the planning and delivery of HIV/AIDS health promotion of key issues relating to the practice of health promotion and the implications of how to best go about evaluation; provide a framework which sets out the types of evaluation which can be applied to different levels of HIV/AIDS health promotion activity in Australia, and provide suggested evaluation questions, tools and methods and possible outcome measures."
