"In this paper, we examine the HIV situation in MSM population, explore the vulnerability of MSM to HIV infection, identify intervention opportunities, and establish goals and principles of HIV prevention strategy. A public health perspective is adopted and pragmatic approach proposed with the ultimate aim of minimizing spread of HIV and its impacts in MSM."
