- Abstract
A report developed by the CSIS Task Force on Strengthening U.S. Leadership on HIV/AIDS which looks at the challenges facing the US government and others in "countires that currently have low-to mid-level HIV prevalence but stand of the brink of major epidemics if large-scale, effective prevention efforts are not scaled up." The Asia-Pacific countries represented in this report are China and India. The report identifies common themes and issues as well as key differences.
