This paper provides "a broad overview of what the NGOs/CBOs in the Asia-Pacific region have been doing since the first HIV case has been reported in the respective countries in the region." It goes on to "elaborate on the challenges faced by them in the new millennium and... discuss the strategies that NGOs/CBOs would need to undertake in meeting these challenges, and... conclude as how these challenges and strategies will interplay."
